1- CLASSICAL ISTANBUL

(Full day with lunch)


Hippodrome
Once, center of horse races, chariot rallies and Byzantine civic life. Today only remain three monuments: The Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the column of Constantine.


Blue Mosque
With its harmonious cascade of cupolas and six minarets, is certainly one of the most majestic and elegant mosques of Istanbul.


Saint Sophia
Built in IV. Century, the basilica of St. Sophia is unquestionably one of the finest examples of Byzantine architecture, with its immense dome and beautifully preserved Byzantine mosaics.

St. Sophia is closed on Mondays and will be substituted by the Underground Cistern.


Rustem Pasha Mosque
Designed by Ottoman imperial architect Mimar Sinan, this mosque is famous for its large quantities of exquisite Iznik tiles, set in a very wide variety of beautiful floral and geometric designs.


Topkapi Palace
Residence of the Sultans during the Ottoman Empire, today is one of the richest museums in the world, with priceless jewels, thrones, tiles, collections of porcelains and sacred relics. Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays.


Grand Bazaar

Covered Bazaar, known worldwide, is a real shopping paradise with its more than 4000 shops.

.Grand Bazaar is closed on SUNDAYS and on religious holidays.


2-BOSPHORUS & ASIATIC SIDE

(Full day with lunch)


Departure from the hotel. A short walk through the Spice Market (Egyptian Market) will take you into the colorful atmosphere of various shops selling every kind of spices. Then take a boat for a cruise along the Bosphorus, the strait which divides the two continents, Asia and Europe. You will enjoy the amazing beauty of old palaces, wooden houses, splendid villas.


In the afternoon we will cross the Intercontinental Bosphorus Bridge by bus to reach the Asiatic side. Visit the Beylerbeyi Palace, summer residence of the Ottoman Sultans and arrive at Camlica Hill or "Lovers' Hill", famous for its impressive panoramic view over the Bosphorus and the European side of the city.
N.B. Beylerbeyi Palace is closed on Mondays and Thursdays.


3. HISTORICAL ISTANBUL

(Full day with lunch – minimum 6 pax)


Dolmabahce Palace
Visit the official residence of the Sultans of Ottoman Empire and the first president of Turkish Republic, Ataturk, during his stays in Istanbul. All the furnitures and accessories are kept in their original forms.

.Dolmabahce Palace is closed on Mondays and Thursdays.


Kariye Museum
A legendary Byzantine church decorated with extraordinary late 14th century frescoes and mosaics portraying the life and miracles of Christ.


Eyup Mosque
For the Islamic world, this is the holiest mosque in all Istanbul which every year is visited by millions of pilgrims.


Café Pierre Loti
This café is situated on top of a hill overlooking the Golden Horn offering a super panoramic view.

4-THE PRINCES' ISLANDS

(Full day with lunch – minimum 4 pax)


An unforgettable boat trip on the Marmara Sea will take us to Buyukada, the largest one of those paradise islands. After lunch in a typical seaside restaurant, a tour of the island will be made by horse-drawn carriages through the pine trees. You will contemplate from the boat the other islands when sailing back to the pier of Eminonu. Arrival and transfer to hotel.


5-BURSA

(Full day with lunch – minimum 8 pax)

Early morning departure to take the ferry-boat that will take us to Yalova by crossing the Marmara Sea. Then continue to Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire, famous for the silk production and Turkish baths. We will visit the Grand Mosque in the old town, Green Mosque and Mausoleum, and finally the Silk Bazaar. Return to Istanbul in the evening.

6-ISTANBUL BY NIGHT

(Dinner and floor show)

An opportunity to enjoy a night to be remembered at a renowed night club of Istanbul where you can admire Turkish folk groups, amazing belly dancers, and outstanding singers in an exotic and oriental atmosphere. ½ bottle of wine is included during the dinner.
